PastIina with artichoke broth is a very tasty and healthy soup.
It is well known that artichokes are a vegetable that is very good for our liver as it purifies and detoxifies it.
By eating artichokes in this way, we can absorb all the substances that are released during cooking.
It is also a way to get children to eat this vegetable, which they do not always like.
Quick and easy to prepare.

No pastina? Use broken spaghetti or small shapes like ditalini.
Make it vegan by skipping the Parmigiano.
