Instructions
1. Prepare the Cannoli Cream

Heat water, butter, and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add flour all at once and stir vigorously until a dough ball forms and pulls from the sides.
Remove from heat and cool 3–4 minutes.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly until smooth, thick, and glossy.
Transfer dough to a piping bag and pipe small mounds onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
